The accommodation at Park Lane is arranged on three beautifully decorated floors in the main house, and two floors in the 'white' house. There are four lounges - two main lounges, a quiet lounge, and a reading room. There are two communal dining rooms although residents are welcome to eat either in their own rooms or in one of the lounges. Park Lane offers 27 single and two shared rooms, majority with en suite facilities.

Each room has been furnished to a high standard, including flat screen televisions, and electrically height adjustable beds. Specially adapted bathrooms with Arjo baths and Arjo showers, with special hoists available depending on your personal needs. An electronic Nurse Call system is fitted to all rooms in the home to enable you to summon staff assistance whenever necessary. There are also two brand new passenger lifts to serve all floors for your convenience. Also, and very importantly, the whole home has been commissioned with the latest electronic, state of the art, fire alarm system.
