Financial Arrangements and Fees

We are committed to providing value for money, within our comprehensive and caring service.
The fees are between £500 and £850 per week. The fees charged depend on the type of facilities required and the type of care package and the needs of the individual Resident.

Fees are as stated prior to admission any funds from Complex Care are deducted from invoices. Park Lane does accept Social Services clients with "Top Ups" from a third party, as well as having some beds that a solely social service funded.

• High Tech Electronic Fire System for the protection of residents
